What We Do

The four- to six-month ISM Long Range Planning process begins with a comprehensive Strategic Performance Analysis and ends with a cohesive, detailed plan to reach your goals. The assessment covers all aspects of school operation—administrative design, constituent relations, Business Office, facilities, development, personnel issues, programs, student life, and support services—in order to clarify your current situation. Our Consultant’s findings are presented orally and in a written summary to the Steering Committee.

Several weeks after the assessment, your ISM Consultant lead two constituent retreats to set goals and brainstorm strategies to meet those goals. The Consultant then works with your Steering Committee to draft a concrete and manageable Long Range Plan for your school. The plan identifies necessary tasks, assigns responsibilities for each, attaches costs, and sets a time frame for completion.
