"How do we get the right employees on the bus, and the wrong ones off?" ISM's Hiring and Dismissal Training service provides you with the hands-on training and tools needed to get the right employees on the bus—in the right seats—and the wrong ones off, safely and compassionately. This training program focuses on preparing you to achieve a close match between new employees' skills, and your school's mission. You will also learn how to strengthen your faculty culture while avoiding both legal and financial risks that can occur as a result of poorly executed hiring and dismissal processes. We understand your needs and we're here to help. The best fit for you and your team is a customized consultation, one that thoroughly identifies and addresses your specific challenges and needs in a private-independent school.
