What We Do

Unlike most architects and facility consultants, we target your space problems from an educational management perspective, considering both the immediate and long-term needs of your school.

Our Consultant reviews information that is requested in advance, becoming thoroughly familiar with your school before arriving on-site. Once on campus, the Consultant takes a “nooks-and-crannies” facilities tour and interviews key personnel, students, and other constituents. Through the information gathered during the interviews, we establish where your school wants to be and set practical steps for meeting your goals. The number of days required depends on the type and size of your facility.

Once the interviews are completed, the information is analyzed and our Consultant prepares an extensive oral report on our conclusions for the Board and administration. Major recommendations and any viable alternatives that meet the needs of your current and future students are presented. You are also given a written summary of the report and copies of all data prior to our Consultant’s departure.
