Rutgers Preparatory School, NJ
Workshop participant 2012

Workshop Description

After leaving the nurturing environment of lower school, students find themselves thrust into the whole new world of middle school. Middle school students must learn to deal with increased discipline, larger student bodies, and fewer personal relationships with teachers while simultaneously coping with the physical and emotional changes the experience as they begin puberty and adolescence. In this course, middle school deans will be provided with ways they can make middle school a smooth transition from the lower school to upper school for all of their students.
