Steven Colflesh

Steve, who leads Directing the Athletic and PE Programs, is the Athletic Director at Seabury Hall (HI) and a Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA).

He began his teaching career in 1971 as a physical education, math, and driver’s education teacher, and he previously served as Head of the Physical Education Department at Ocean View High School, CA.

Steve has been a head coach for football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, and track and field. He has presented at the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association and also sat on their Professional Development Committee.

Steve is a member of the Hawaii High School Athletic Association’s Committee for the Development of Tiered State Tournaments as well as the Gender Equity Committee. In addition, he has taught several coaching certification courses.

Steve holds a master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University (CA) and a bachelor’s degree from Whittier College (CA).

5:45–6:30 p.m.: Reception

3–3:15 p.m.: Break
3:15–4:45 p.m.: Session 
5–6 p.m.: Reception

Wednesday:
7:30-8:30 a.m.: Continental breakfast

10–10:15 a.m.: Break
10:15–11:45 a.m.: Session
12–1:30 p.m.: Lunch on your own
1:30–4:45 p.m.: Optional session at the leader's discretion
