This was my second ISM workshop with Ellie and Susan, and both were fabulous. Both contributed to my personal and professional growth, and both helped me become more effective as a leader in my school. The networking opportunities are a highlight.

Cannon School, NC
Workshop participant 2012
Workshop DescriptionExplore the dynamics of female leadership—what we naturally bring to the table, and how to capitalize on it. In this workshop, designed for women administrators at all levels, you examine your individual style, and how you communicate, delegate, model, and use your authority. Gain clarity and enhance your ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, mentor others, and build and work with your team. In short, create an environment at your school that works for you and those around you. You leave with the strategies and skills to be even more empowered and empowering in your current role—and whatever you want the next one to be. You cover these topics—and more:
