Over time, it’s easy for a database to lose its sharp edge. Personnel turnover, lack of training, or software changes can all have an impact on the clarity and completeness of your records. And without trackable, up-to-date information, you’re missing an essential fundraising tool.

What We Do

ISM’s approach to a Database Management Analysis is highly customized for your school. A basic analysis and clean-up can usually be conducted remotely, with the ISM Consultant having access to the database and working closely with your development personnel. Other key administrators (e.g., Business Manager, IT Director) are involved as needed. The Consultant may also recommend on-site work to clean up inaccurate data or train those directly involved with maintaining the database.
