We have always been and continue to be agnostic to leadership “style” but have defined a quality leader as one that is charismatic and humble, flexible yet infused with purpose, predictable and supportive, and an effective communicator.
ISM’s research has found that the quality of a school’s executive leader helps to predict a school’s enrollment demand. Through this study, our definition of strong leader expanded to include leaders who are connected to and able to leverage supportive professional relationships. We believe that each leader has room to grow along the important dimensions that supersede “style.”
This Webinar is designed to inspire and motivate leaders of all experience levels. We’ll examine recent ISM research, taking a deeper look into what it takes to increase quality student experiences, become a stronger mentor and coach for faculty and staff, and set and achieve personal leadership goals.
- Update and illustrate the aspects of a strong, quality school leader
