His name is Bob Marley, although he's not a rastafari, as ISM's Multimedia Specialist he's sure to liven up any project he is working on. Behind the camera he directs and produces video content for ISM such as Quick-Tip Podcasts, product/workshop promos, and testimonials. As a graphic designer he creates ISM publications, webinars, and numerous tools, tables, and charts for advisory services.

With a BA focusing on photography from University of Delaware (2001) he found himself in a local t-shirt shop as a graphic designer. Being a small shop he quickly learned and took on the printing process from start to finish. He took these skill to West Chester, PA working at DVD/CD manufacturer and printer company for several years. Not only was he designing his clients packaging, but also creating content for them as well.

Bob also serves as production artist with TribeSound Records and Tailor Made Media. He is also an avid disc golfer and produces media coverage for local clubs and events at
