Job Description
Summary/Objective
ISM provides top-notch marketing services to K-12 private schools across the world. Our mission is to empower schools to achieve their marketing and admission goals through exceptional execution of digital and inbound marketing strategies (ie. digital advertising, search engine optimization, lead generation, email marketing, etc…). We are a results-driven team that prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service and tailored marketing solutions to our clients.
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the coordination and execution of our marketing campaigns.
Functions and Competencies
Essential Functions

- Track leads and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate campaigns with our digital services team, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.
- Generate proposals and marketing reports that provide insights into campaign performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and manage agreements with clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Assist in client budgeting and monthly ad spend
Competencies
- Understanding of and commitment to ISM’s mission and core values
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools, such as Monday.com, is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This is a remote position.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
