ACSI Partners With Independent School Management (ISM) to Provide Member Schools with 21st Century Insurance and Financial Aid Solutions
With nearly 3,500 schools in 106 countries across the globe, ACSI, the world’s largest association of Protestant schools, continuously seeks out and secures strategic partnerships with carefully selected companies to bring added value, expertise and knowledge to their membership.
ISM has spent over three decades building service relationships with hundreds of ACSI schools around the nation via professional development workshops, consulting services, and insurance coverage plans. The expansion of this partnership between ACSI and ISM will create a synergy of research-based, student-focused, and mission-driven organizational excellence.
“In alignment with ACSI’s mission to enable Christian schools and educators to effectively prepare students for life, I am excited to announce a new partnership with Independent School Management,” said ACSI President, Brian Simmons. “ISM’s scope and expertise will give ACSI schools significant lift, fuel growth, and foster educational excellence. It is with great pleasure that I welcome ISM as our newest National Corporate Partner.”
This new strategic partnership will provide ACSI member schools access to ISM’s portfolio of Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability Coverage, Health Insurance, and Flex Spending Account options designed to protect ACSI schools from liability, and enhance the lives of the faculty and staff. ISM insurance products are designed specifically to meet the unique needs of private-independent schools.
ISM will also provide ACSI schools with access to FAST®—powered by ISM, the groundbreaking online financial aid application service. FAST will benefit ACSI members significantly, as it allows schools to customize financial aid formulas according to their individual mission. FAST also assures that the awards given are appropriate to each family’s ability to pay, thus acting as a powerful tool to assist ACSI member leadership in providing unparalleled fiscal stewardship.
“In addition to a focus on insurance and financial aid, this partnership provides greater access to ISM theory, research, and practice at many ACSI events,” says Bill Simmer, Director of Association Relations at ISM. “Working closely with the association leadership, we are committed to joining ACSI on a journey of excellence designed to strengthen member schools and to reinforce ACSI’s long-term standing as the premier Christian school association.”
As part of the implementation of its partnership with ACSI, ISM will host informative seminars and Webinars throughout the coming year, educating school leaders about advances in risk management, financial aid, and strategic school finances. ISM will also be available at ACSI conventions and conferences each year, providing information and product demonstrations for Board members and school administrators.
