A: "Annual Fund" is the primary letter-writing campaign that is held every year to solicit funds, mainly to provide your students with all the "extras" to enhance your program that tuition can't possibly cover. It is the foundation of all your school's fund raising efforts. "Annual Giving" is the umbrella term for the Annual Fund, annual special events, and other monies raised during the year, both restricted and unrestricted.
