This webinar focuses on Dimensions 7 and 8 of the ISM AI Readiness Framework: Faculty and Staff Professional Growth and Teaching, Learning, and Assessment Innovation. 

Participants will explore how to design practical, peer-supported professional learning experiences while launching thoughtful pilot programs that prioritize student outcomes and flourishing. The emphasis is on moving from curiosity to coherence. We will identify tools and processes for building repeatable structures for PD and small-scale innovation before scaling efforts more broadly.
