Many schools are experimenting with AI in isolated, reactive ways often driven by individual enthusiasm, external pressure, or emerging concerns about risk. Without a shared understanding of purpose, values, and leadership roles, these early efforts can create confusion, uneven practices, and anxiety among faculty, students, and families.

This webinar focuses on Dimensions 1 and 2 of the AI Readiness Framework for schools at the earliest stages of maturity. Dimension 1 is Strategic Vision and School Mission Alignment, and Dimension 2 is School Leadership and Policy.

Participants will learn how to move from ad-hoc experimentation to intentional, mission-aligned readiness by establishing common language, clarifying decision-making structures, and setting realistic expectations for what “responsible AI use” looks like at this stage. The session emphasizes sensemaking, alignment, and psychological safety as prerequisites for sustainable progress.
