At this stage, risks may include fragmentation, strategic drift, and decision-making that outpaces community trust.

This webinar supports schools at AI Readiness Levels 3-4 by deepening work in Dimensions 1 and 2 to support scale and sustainability. Dimension 1 is Strategic Vision and School Mission Alignment, and Dimension 2 is School Leadership and Policy.

Participants will explore how to operationalize purpose and values by creating formal leadership and governance structures informed by feedback from faculty, students, and families.
