Mike, thank you for such an engaging and enriching seminar. You have helped bring to light several themes that I need to focus on in my department and also validated many things I have done in the past year in my department that I was unsure about. Thank you for educating us on how to truly do this work. Overall, this has been a great experience for me as a new chair."
